About Our Art
Are the designs original?
Yes. Each artwork in Scandi & Japandi is created or curated specifically for the shop. All prints embody the calm, minimalist feel of Scandinavian and Japanese design.
Do you offer digital downloads?
At this time, we only offer physical prints. If digital downloads become available later, they will be clearly labeled in the product listing.
How accurate are the colors?
We aim to represent colors as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, device brightness, and lighting conditions.
Sizing & Choosing the Right Print
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
A few general guidelines:

16×20 – Great for smaller walls, gallery groupings, offices, or above a side table.

18×24 – Versatile medium size for bedrooms, hallways, or paired compositions.

24×36 – Statement size ideal for living rooms, dining areas, or above a sofa.
A great tip: Use painter’s tape to outline the dimensions on your wall to visualize how it will look.
Can I request a design in a different size?
Currently, each artwork is only offered in one size — the one that maintains the best composition and print quality. This keeps the artwork sharp, proportional, and true to the original design.
Do framed prints come with hardware?
Yes. All framed prints arrive with hanging hardware included.
Ordering & Checkout
How do I place an order?
Choose your artwork, select the frame color, and add it to your cart. Checkout is simple and secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@scandiandjapandi.com.
Since each piece is made to order, changes may not be possible once production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as any other standard payment methods displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to selected regions. Available destinations will appear at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, feel free to contact us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Typical timeline:

Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
What if my tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
First, check with neighbors and your local carrier office. If it’s still missing, reach out to us — we’ll help you start a carrier investigation.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Since each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, décor mismatch, or ordering the wrong size.
However, we absolutely replace or refund prints that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly delayed due to courier or production issues.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 30 days at hello@scandiandjapandi.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
What if my package is lost or very late?
If tracking shows no movement or the delivery window has passed, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
Care & Display
How do I clean and maintain my framed print?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid glass cleaners, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cloths.

Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve color quality.
Can I hang the prints in a bathroom?
Light humidity is usually fine, but heavy moisture or direct steam can affect the frame or print over time. A well-ventilated bathroom is best.
Custom Requests
Can you create custom designs or color adjustments?
At this time, we don’t offer custom artwork or color changes. Our collection is curated to maintain a consistent aesthetic.
Do you offer special bulk or commercial orders?
If you’re interested in multiple pieces for an office, hospitality space, or staging, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to discuss possibilities.
